The hotel rooms were a mix of experiences; some were comfortable but very noisy and warm, while others were clean but small with one drawback-uncomfortable beds. However, the spacious and modern design impressed me despite the uncomfortable sleep. The service was a mix of helpless and polite, with some staff being friendly and accommodating. The location was convenient, close to the main train station and shopping, although some noise from a nearby skateboarding park was noticeable. The dining was inconsistent, varying from excellent to poor, with a disappointing experience on the last day. Facilities offered were average, with some positives and negatives in amenities.
